About the Role

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and customer engagement for our Dubai real estate portfolio. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy—from paid ads and social media to CRM management—working directly with our sales and project teams to keep properties visible and deals moving. This is a hands-on role where you'll see the direct impact of your campaigns on project sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring to drive qualified leads and maintain cost-efficient acquisition
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely updates that showcase properties and engage potential buyers
  • Track and nurture leads in our CRM system, maintain lead databases, coordinate follow-ups with sales teams, and generate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets including property brochures, floor plans, payment schedules, and promotional materials in accessible formats for sales and project teams
  • Develop WhatsApp and project-specific marketing content calendars, managing messaging campaigns and ensuring timely communication with prospects
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure marketing materials align with project positioning and campaign objectives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, real estate marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with documented results (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Sheets/Excel, Canva, and Microsoft 365 suite
  • Basic Photoshop skills or equivalent design tools for quick asset adjustments
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • UAE-based or able to relocate to Dubai within 2–4 weeks
  • Nice to have: Experience with real estate platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle), video editing basics, or Arabic language skills
