About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our parking management expansion across the UAE. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities across diverse sectors—from commercial real estate to healthcare—while building strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly shape the company's market presence and portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for parking management services, valet operations, parking technology solutions, and mobility services across commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, healthcare, education, and government sectors
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve annual revenue targets and growth objectives, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and direct client engagement
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers; lead contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, asset managers, facility management companies, government authorities, and key decision-makers throughout the acquisition process
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the parking and mobility sector; conduct feasibility studies and business case evaluations for prospective projects
  • Ensure seamless handover of newly secured projects to the operations team and maintain regular engagement with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities and upsell additional services

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development or sales experience in the parking, facilities management, real estate, or related B2B services sector
  • Proven track record of securing large contracts and building long-term client relationships with commercial entities, property developers, and government organizations
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market, including key stakeholders, regulatory environment, and sector-specific dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
  • Experience developing business strategies, conducting market analysis, and creating financial projections for new ventures
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of parking technology solutions, smart mobility trends, or facility management systems
  • Nice to have: Existing network or relationships within UAE real estate, hospitality, or government sectors
