As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our retail organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right people in place to meet our business goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the retail sector.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
    • Identify and utilize appropriate recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  2. Sourcing and Candidate Management:
    • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
    • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Interviewing and Selection:
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Assist in the interview process, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process.
    • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
  4. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
    • Communicate regularly with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
    • Manage candidate expectations and address any concerns or questions.
  5. Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
    • Create engaging content to attract potential candidates and showcase the company's culture and values.
  6. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  7. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and strategies.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
