Job Description
The QA/QC Manager ensures that all construction activities meet defined quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and plans
- Conduct inspections, audits, and material testing
- Ensure compliance with ISO and project specifications
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions
- Coordinate with consultants and site teams for approvals
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 8–12 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of ISO standards and testing procedures
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
