Retail Client is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) within our organization. The Project Manager will coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful deployment of D365 solutions, aligning with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate has a
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's / Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* min 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is strongly preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft D365 modules, including Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and CRM.
* Proven track record of leading successful ERP implementations, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or finance sectors.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with senior stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget.
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
* Experience with risk management, change management, and user training programs.
Must Experience:
* Experience managing multiple full-cycle D365 implementations.
* Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and data migration strategies.
* Previous experience in industries like retail, finance, or manufacturing is a plus.
* Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external consultants.
