Job Description

The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level support and solutions in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) with a specific focus on Payroll Management. Candidate should have exposure to GCC Region

This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions, and ensuring seamless payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll configuration, data management, and compliance with payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP HCM Implementation and Support:
    • Implement and support SAP HCM modules with a focus on Payroll Management.
    • Configure SAP Payroll systems to meet business requirements.
    • Customize SAP Payroll solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Analyze and document business requirements related to payroll processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address payroll-related issues.
    • Design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead payroll-related projects from inception to completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Data Management and Compliance:
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll data processing and reporting.
    • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
    • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
    • Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM and payroll technologies and best practices.
    • Provide recommendations for optimizing payroll processes and systems.
