Job Description
3+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in which you played a key role in building and enhancing a QA function; while 5 or more years of overall experience in software development/testing environment will be preferable.
- Should be familiar with Software Testing Life Cycle, STLC
- Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design positive & negative test scenarios based on the validation on controls
- Should be able to do both functional and non-functional testing
- Should be able to do Black box and White box testing
- Should be a good teammate, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Ability to estimate task durations and meet schedules
