Job Description

•    Bid Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective bid strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends to maximize win rates and revenue growth.
•    Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate potential bidding opportunities, including government contracts, RFPs/RFIs, and private sector projects.
•    Proposal Preparation: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
•    Bid Management: Manage the entire bidding process, including coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) and external partners to gather required information and develop compelling proposals.
•    Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitors and market trends to position BLS International effectively and differentiate our offerings in bids.
•    Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with clients during the negotiation phase to finalize contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
•    Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance our bidding capabilities and reputation.
•    Performance Tracking: Track and analyze bid outcomes, win/loss ratios, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize future bidding strategies.
•    Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of bid managers and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to drive excellence in bidding activities.
