Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design and Support Engineer - Lighting Division in Dubai. As a Design and Support Engineer the responsibilities would be as below -
Responsibilities
- Working on project enquiries , understanding project requirements ,selection of products and preparation of quotes.
- Preparation of technical submittals as per project requirements.
- Working on lighting design and preparation of renders as per project requirements.
- Doing project follow ups and updating the sales team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven track record in a similar role in the lighting industry
- Strong knowledge of lighting systems, technologies, and products
- Strong lighting design capabilities and handson experience on using lighting softwares like dialux
- Capability to understand project requirements and to propose suitable solution
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering ( preferred )
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Autocad and Dialux
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
