Job Description

As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our metal fabrication machines, including Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brakes, CO2 Laser Cutting Machines, Laser Welding Machines, Rolling Machines, and Pipe Cutting Machines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain metal fabrication machines to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
2.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of equipment efficiency.
3.Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client queries, offering technical guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction with our products.
4.Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
5.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation for each service visit.
6.Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of metal fabrication machines.
7.Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to enhance overall customer experience and product knowledge.
8.Product Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on field experiences to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
