Job Description
As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our large format digital printing machines. The successful candidates will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain digital printing machine to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of equipment efficiency.
3. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client queries, offering technical guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction with our products.
4. Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, and documentation for each service visit.
6.Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of digital printing machine.
7.Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to enhance overall customer experience and product knowledge.
8. Product Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on field experiences to contribute to continuous improvement of our products.
Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
2.Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining digital printing Machines Such as Mimaki, Epson, Mutoh, HP, Ricoh, Canon etc.
3.Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing digital printing machines (Mimaki, Epson, Mutoh, HP, Ricoh, Canon etc). Familiarity with software used in digital printing is a plus.
4.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
5.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
6.Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites as needed.
