About the Role
We're seeking a Sales and Office Admin professional to be the operational backbone of our real estate brokerage. You'll support our sales team while keeping our office running smoothly—managing client coordination, maintaining records, and handling the administrative tasks that let our agents focus on closing deals. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail directly impact our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales agents by managing client inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client information, and transaction documents using CRM and filing systems
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics for management review
- Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, lease documentation, and compliance filing
- Coordinate office operations—managing supplies, scheduling, vendor relationships, and ensuring the workspace supports productivity
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, real estate administration, or similar office management role
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or comparable platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy when managing records, contracts, and financial information
- Nice to have: Experience in real estate brokerage or property management
- Nice to have: Knowledge of real estate terminology and transaction processes
