Job Description
A LAMP Stack Developer uses Linux, Apaches, MySQL, and PHP to create powerful web application platforms. They also set up hardware and basic infrastructure, basic shell scripting, manage firewalls and permissions, and complete back-end tasks, such as creating and maintaining a database.
A LAMP Stack Developer uses Linux, Apaches, MySQL, and PHP to create powerful web application platforms. They also set up hardware and basic infrastructure, basic shell scripting, manage firewalls and permissions, and complete back-end tasks, such as creating and maintaining a database.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 to 2.5 years of web development experience using LAMP Stack and MySQL
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills:
- Able to work within a team environment as well as independently.
- Experience with LAMP Stack, Database Administration with MySQL, web APIs SOAP, REST, XML.
- Working knowledge of MySQL
- Good knowledge of version control systems (Git; TFS is a plus but not necessary)
