As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our retail organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right people in place to meet our business goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the retail sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Identify and utilize appropriate recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Sourcing and Candidate Management:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Interviewing and Selection:
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in the interview process, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Manage candidate expectations and address any concerns or questions.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Create engaging content to attract potential candidates and showcase the company's culture and values.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
