Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Functional Consultant with expertise in the travel industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of travel business processes and IT systems, with experience in implementing and supporting IT travel solutions. As a functional Consultant, you will work closely with our clients and internal development teams.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed requirements for IT travel solutions.
Solution Design: Analyze business processes and design functional specifications for travel software solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
System Implementation: Work closely with development teams to implement travel solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
User Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand and effectively use the implemented solutions. Address any issues or concerns that arise during and after implementation.
Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate that the solutions meet the specified requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or defects.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in travel technology. Proactively suggest improvements to existing solutions and processes.
